RODEBJER IS LOOKING FOR A CURIOUS, CREATIVE AND HANDS-ON INTERN TO JOIN OUR DESIGN & SOURCING TEAM IN STOCKHOLM.

As an intern at Rodebjer, you will become part of our small and dedicated team and get hands-on experience across the full collection development process – from creative research and material sourcing to product development and production.

This is an opportunity to work closely with both the design and sourcing teams, gain insight into how a fashion collection comes to life, and contribute to the everyday work behind the Rodebjer collections.

SOME OF YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

• SUPPORT THE DESIGN TEAM WITH PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT FROM INITIAL IDEA TO FINAL PRODUCT

• SUPPORT WITH CREATIVE RESEARCH, MOODBOARDS, TREND AND MARKET RESEARCH

• ASSIST WITH FABRIC, MATERIAL AND TRIM SOURCING

• PREPARE AND MAINTAIN SEASONAL FABRIC, COLOR AND TRIM BOARDS

• SUPPORT WITH DEVELOPING PRINTS, COLORS AND PRODUCT DETAILS

• ASSIST WITH TECHNICAL DRAWINGS AND TECH PACKS

• CREATE, UPLOAD AND MAINTAIN PRODUCT INFORMATION IN OUR PLM SYSTEM

• COMMUNICATE WITH SUPPLIERS AND MANUFACTURERS WHEN NEEDED

• SUPPORT WITH FIT SAMPLES, COMMENTS AND PRODUCT FOLLOW-UP

• ASSIST THE TEAM WITH ORGANIZATION AND DAILY OPERATIONS

• TAKE PART IN AD HOC PROJECTS AND HANDS-ON TASKS ACROSS THE DESIGN & SOURCING DEPARTMENT

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• IS CURRENTLY STUDYING FASHION, TEXTILE, DESIGN, PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT OR A RELATED FIELD

• HAS A STRONG INTEREST IN FASHION, MATERIALS AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

• IS CREATIVE, CURIOUS AND EAGER TO LEARN

• IS ORGANIZED, DETAIL-ORIENTED AND RESPONSIBLE

• IS PROACTIVE AND COMFORTABLE TAKING INITIATIVE

• ENJOYS BOTH CREATIVE AND PRACTICAL TASKS

• HAS A GOOD EYE FOR COLOR, MATERIALS AND DETAILS

• IS A TEAM PLAYER WITH STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• IS COMFORTABLE WORKING IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT WHERE PRIORITIES CAN CHANGE

• HAS GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD, PARTICULARLY PHOTOSHOP AND ILLUSTRATOR

THE INTERNSHIP

The internship is full-time and intended for students currently enrolled in a relevant fashion or design education.

Minimum 3 months, preferably 6 months.

You will be based at the Rodebjer office in Stockholm and work closely with our Design & Sourcing team throughout the internship.
